The invention relates to a circulating inflatable submersible draining dewatering well structure. The circulating inflatable submersible draining dewatering well structure comprises a well pipe, an inflation pipe, an exhaust pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein at least one sealing bag is fixed to a water stop sealing section on the upper portion of the well pipe, and a grouting pipe extends intothe sealing bag; a filtering section and a sediment pipe section are sequentially arranged below the sealing bag; the water outlet pipe extends into the well pipe from top to bottom, wherein the lower end of the water outlet pipe is positioned at the filtering section; one end of the inflation pipe extends into the well pipe, and the other end is connected with a pressure air source; and one endof the exhaust pipe extends into the well pipe, and the other end is connected with a negative pressure source. According to the circulating inflatable submersible draining dewatering well structure,water of surrounding soil can be accelerated to escape to the well pipe in a circulating inflation and deflation dewatering mode, and the drainage and dewatering speed is increased; a dewatering wellis economical in manufacturing cost and energy-saving in operation; the well structure is compact in structure, convenient to construct and high in efficiency; the single-well diameter is reduced, thesingle-well cost is reduced, construction adjustability and construction reliability are improved, and the construction procedure is simplified; and the sealing bag is sealed in a grouting mode, so that good sealing effects are achieved.
