The wallboard is characterized by comprising an outer prefabricated slab and an inner prefabricated slab, wherein the inner prefabricated slab and the outer prefabricated slab are connected through an erection truss; the outer prefabricated slab and the inner prefabricated slab are connected into a whole through L-shaped ribs; a standard prefabricated section pipe gallery outer prefabricated slab and a standard prefabricated section pipegallery inner prefabricated slab are staggered in the horizontal directions of the two ends and are connected into a whole through L-shaped ribs; in a transmigration pipe galley connected with a cast-in-place section pipe galley, the outer prefabricated slab and the inner prefabricated slab are staggered in the horizontal direction of the non-transition end and connected into a whole through the L-shaped ribs; the outer prefabricated slab and the inner prefabricated slab are flush in the horizontal direction of the transition end and are connected through end plugging sections, wherein vertical water stop steel plates are arranged in the middles of the end plugging sections and vertically connected with the water stop steel plates at the bottom of the prefabricated sandwich wallboard; andthe transition end is provided with a horizontal steel bar extending outwards in the vertical direction and used for being connected with the cast-in-place section pipe gallery. 本发明具体是一种预制叠合装配式地下综合管廊夹心墙板,其特征是:包括外预制板及内预制板,内外预制板之间通过架立桁架连接;外预制板与内预制板通过L形筋连接为整体;标准预制段管廊外预制板与内预制板在两端水平方向错开,并通过L形筋连接为整体;与现浇段管廊交接的过渡段管廊,外预制板与内预制板在非过渡端水平方向错开,并通过L形筋连接为整体,在过渡端水平方向平齐,并通过端部封堵段连接,端部封堵段中间设有垂直的止水钢板,并与预制夹心墙板底部水平止水钢板垂直连接;过渡端沿垂直方向设有外伸的水平钢筋,用以与现浇段管廊连接。本发明通过对预制夹心墙板的连接节点进行改进,克服因材质不同带来的一系列设计、施工和质量问题。
