Laminated composite cork floor and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of floors, and relates to a laminated composite cork floor. A soft base sheet, a decorative veneer layer and a transparent protective layer are sequentially laminated on the surface of a base material board, and rubber particles contained in the soft base sheet bond and solidify the base material board, the soft base sheet and the decorative veneer layer as a whole by hot pressing vulcanization, and the surface of the decorative veneer layer is coated with the transparent protective layer. The invention further discloses a preparation method of thelaminated composite cork floor. Compared with a traditional cork floor, the use of forest resources is reduced, the surface decoration layer is natural wood veneer, the expressive power is excellent,and the problem of single appearance and poor decorative property of the traditional cork floor are solved. No additional adhesive needs to be added after assembly is carried out during a production process, unvulcanized rubber cork has good adhesion, linear macromolecules become a three-dimensional network structure after vulcanization, and bonding of various layers is achieved. The laminated composite cork floor has the compressibility of cork/wood fibers and the high elasticity and softness of rubber, and is comfortable in foot feeling and durable.
