The invention discloses a terrace coating and scraping machine which comprises a trailer, wherein an oil paint box is arranged in front of the trailer and is connected with the trailer through a plurality of slippage mechanisms; a feeding hole is formed in the end face of the oil paint box; an opening is formed in the lower end of the oil paint box; a roller and a scraper are mounted in the oil paint box; and one end of the roller and the scraper is exposed to the opening. The terrace coating and scraping machine is used for solving the problem that a spatula is manually adopted to coat and scrape the ground to be likely to affect body health and cause low efficiency.
