According to the invention, the construction area is formed by extending 20-30 cm from the edge line of the area beyond the standard as the reference, and thermal insulation boards at potential deformation areas are also replaced, and the replacement effect can be improved; the adhesion strength is measured through the thermal insulation board, and the engineering safety and the construction area rationality can be improved; and the heat preservation effect can be improved by loading the mixed foaming material between the newly placed insulation board and the retained insulation board.
