The invention discloses a movable traction device for a louver and aims to solve the problem that the louver is inconvenient to adjust. According to the scheme, the movable traction device comprises two four-angle boxes, wherein the same rail box is connected with the outer walls of the opposite sides of the two four-angle boxes in an inserting manner; a first mounting base is fixed on one side ofthe inner wall of the bottom of the rail box through a bolt; a second mounting base is fixed on the other side of the inner wall of the bottom of the rail box through the bolt; one same rotary rod isconnected with the outer walls of the first mounting base and the second mounting base in an inserting manner; a first draw cord is connected with the outer wall of one side of the rotary rod in a hanging manner; and one end of the first draw cord is positioned in the first mounting base. During light illumination, a light ray sensor receives light rays to generate an analog signal, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal, the digital signal is compared with a preset value, a motor rotates forward and reversely according to the comparison result to drive the rotary rod to rotateto further drive a blade to do fine adjustment; and according to the illumination intensity of that day, adjustment is automatically carried out to enable photopermeability to be proper.
