Manufacturing method of artificial flat rock core cracks
The invention relates to an artificial flat rock core crack manufacturing method which comprises the following steps: designing and manufacturing a pressing plate, and forming a crack groove in the pressing plate; a cutter is manufactured, the size of the cutter is matched with that of the crack groove, and a cylindrical connector is arranged at the upper end of the cutter; manufacturing a flat rock core, and pressing down a pressing plate to enable the height of the quartz sand mixture to be 1cm more than that of the rock core; a cutter is inserted into the crack groove in the pressing plate,so that cracks are formed conveniently; continuously pressing down for 1cm to the height of the rock core to form a crack in the rock core; taking out the cutter and pulling out the pressing plate; and after the rock core is dried, filling the pressed cracks with large-particle-size quartz sand, filling the rest cracks with a quartz sand mixture which is the same as that of the rock core, and compacting. By combining the pressing plate with the cracks and the cutter, the sizes and the spatial positions of the cracks can be accurately determined, the corresponding cracks are formed after rockcore pressing is finished, and the problem that time and labor are wasted in crack preparation is solved.
本发明涉及的是人造平板岩心裂缝制作方法,其包括:设计制作压板,在压板上设置裂缝凹槽;制作刀具,刀具的尺寸与裂缝凹槽尺寸相适配,刀具上端带有圆柱体接头;制作平板岩心,将压板下压,使石英砂混合物高度至较岩心高度多1cm;将刀具插入压板上的裂缝凹槽,便于形成裂缝;继续下压1cm至岩心高度,在岩心中形成裂缝;取出刀具,起出压板;烘干岩心后,应用大粒径石英砂填充压制出的裂缝,剩余部分裂缝用与岩心相同的石英砂混合物填充,并进行压实。本发明采用带有裂缝的压板和刀具相结合的方式,可以准确无误的确定裂缝的尺寸大小和裂缝的空间位置,在压制岩心结束后形成对应裂缝,解决了制备裂缝费时费力的问题。
