The invention provides a pavement energy harvesting device based on a cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic structure. The pavement energy harvesting device comprises cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic, acopper foil conductive material, an MC nylon protection box and an epoxy resin electronic pouring sealant combined packaging part. Compared with a traditional pavement energy harvesting device, the device is simple, efficient and large-scale production is facilitated, and the service life of the piezoelectric ceramic under the traffic environments of high stress circulation effect, much rainwater,easy chemical corrosion, illumination and the like is prolonged. In order to verify the feasibility of the road piezoelectric energy harvesting device, a loading experiment is carried out through a UTM testing machine, energy generated by the device under the action of a standard axle load can supply power to a low-power sensor, and the device has a certain engineering application value.
本发明提供了一种基于圆柱形压电陶瓷结构的路面俘能装置,该装置包括了圆柱形压电陶瓷,铜箔导电材料以及MC尼龙保护盒和环氧树脂电子灌封胶相结合的封装部件。相较传统的路面俘能装置,本发明装置简易利于高效规模化生产,且延长了压电陶瓷在高应力循环作用、多雨水、易受化学腐蚀、受光照等交通环境下的使用寿命。为验证路用压电俘能装置可行性,通过UTM试验机进行加载实验,该装置在标准轴载作用下所产生的能量可为低功率传感器供电,具有一定的工程应用价值。
