SOUND INSULATING MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PREVENTING NOISE BETWEEN FLOORS
The present invention relates to a sound insulating material and a construction method for preventing noise between floors in apartment houses and, more specifically, to a construction structure whichsubstitutes for a conventional construction method of forming a concrete slab and then installing a sound/heat insulating material thereon and wherein a sound insulating panel (100) is installed on the upper surface of a concrete slab (400) mold, rebar is arranged thereon, and then concrete is cast to form the sound insulating panel (100) integrally with the bottom surface of a concrete slab (500), the sound insulating panel (100) having multiple air blocks (120) connected in longitudinal/transverse directions and integrally formed, and the sound insulating panel having a vacuum space which is formed therein and is about 90 cm in length, about 180 cm in width, and about 10 cm in height. In the construction structure, at the time of concrete casting, grid protrusions of the air blocks (120) are collapsed by the lower part of the concrete slab (500) and the upper surface of the sound insulating panel (100) is installed to be in close contact with the bottom surface of the concrete slabto form a vacuum layer to be integrated with the lower part of the concrete slab, thereby fundamentally blocking inter-floor noise from being transferred downward through slab concrete and wall concrete.
