The environment-friendly high-strength cement comprises cement clinker and an admixture, wherein the cement clinker is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 330-350 parts of limestone, 10-12.5 parts of sulfate slag, 50-60 parts of sandstone, 12-16 parts of fly ash and 3-8 parts of copper slag. The preparation method of the environment-friendly high-strength cement comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding the raw materials of the cement clinker to obtain a raw material, preheating and decomposing the raw material, carrying out sintering at 1250-1350 DEG C for 20-25 minutes, and conducting cooling to obtain the cement clinker; and mixing and grinding the cement clinker and the admixture to obtain the cement. According to the environment-friendly high-strength cement, the proportions of all the raw materials in the cement clinker are reasonable, the effects of all the components in the cement clinker can be fully exerted, and the strength of the cement is greatly improved.
