The invention relates to nickel-zinc ferrite powder, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12.7 parts of nickel oxide, 17.5 parts of zinc oxide, 66 parts of iron oxide, 3.8 parts of copper oxide and 0.275 part of a glue. The invention also provides a preparation method of the nickel-zinc ferrite powder. According to the invention, nickel-zinc ferrite powder is sintered at a low temperature through copper oxide and can be formed at a low temperature, so that the processing conditions are reduced, and the object synthesis efficiency is improved; and through secondary drying of a drying machine, residual moisture of the powder after primary drying is evaporated, so that the powder does not contain moisture, and the drying effect is good.
本发明涉及一种镍锌铁氧体粉料,其原料按重量的配方如下:氧化镍12.7份、氧化锌17.5份、氧化铁66份、氧化铜3.8份、胶水0.275份。本发明还提供了一种镍锌铁氧体粉料的制备方法。本发明通过氧化铜使得镍锌铁氧体粉料在低温下烧结,在较低的温度下即可成型,降低了加工条件,加快了物品合成的效率烘干机的二次烘干,使得粉料在一次烘干后残留的水分被蒸发,粉料内不含水分,干燥效果好。
