The invention discloses a safety adjusting device for installing an indoor wash basin for a prefabricated building. The device comprises a transverse propelling unit, a longitudinal adjusting unit, awash basin clamping unit and an adjusting device positioning unit, the adjusting device positioning unit is arranged at the bottommost part, the transverse propelling unit is arranged above the adjusting device positioning unit, a supporting rod is arranged between the transverse propelling unit and the adjusting device positioning unit, the transverse propelling unit is connected with the longitudinal adjusting unit through an ejector rod, and the longitudinal adjusting unit is connected with the wash basin clamping unit through a connecting rod. By the adoption of the device, the wash basincan be tightly attached to a wall face pasted with glass cement through the transverse pushing unit, the installation height of the wash basin can be adjusted through the longitudinal adjusting unit,the wash basin can be firmly clamped through the wash basin clamping unit, and therefore stable installation of the wash basin is guaranteed while height adjustment is achieved.

本发明公开了一种预制建筑用室内洗手台安装用安全调节装置，包括横向推进单元、纵向调节单元、洗手台夹持单元和调节装置定位单元，调节装置定位单元设置在最下方，横向推进单元设置在调节装置定位单元上方，二者之间设置支撑杆，横向推进单元通过顶杆连接纵向调节单元，纵向调节单元通过连接杆连接洗手台夹持单元。通过采用本发明的装置，横向推进单元可以将洗手台紧密贴合在粘有玻璃胶的墙面上，纵向调节单元可以调节洗手台的安装高度，洗手台夹持单元可以对洗手台进行牢固的夹持，从而在实现高度调节的同时保证洗手台的稳定安装。
