An anti-pull both-way friction pendulum vibration reducing and isolating support comprises an upper base plate, an upper abrasion resisting sheet, a spherical crown body, a lower abrasion resisting sheet, a lower base plate and a friction anti-pull piece. The upper abrasion resisting sheet is pasted to the lower spherical surface of the upper base plate, and the lower abrasion resisting sheet is pasted to the upper spherical surface of the lower base plate. Perpendicular penetration inverted-T-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the periphery of the lower base plate. The edge position of theupper base plate is provided with T-shaped sliding grooves perpendicular to the penetration inverted-T-shaped sliding grooves. The friction anti-pull piece is composed of an upper pi-shaped piece, a friction connecting pair and a lower inverted-T-shaped piece.
