The invention discloses a prefabricated part connecting piece and a connecting mode thereof, and relates to the technical field of prefabricated buildings. The prefabricated part connecting piece comprises a first sleeve, at least one connection rod, a connection plate and a second sleeve; the connection plate is provided with at least one preformed hole, and the connection rod sequentially penetrates through the first sleeve, the connection plate, the preformed hole thereof and the second sleeve; and the bottom end of the first sleeve is provided with a first wall plate, the top end of the second sleeve is provided with a second wall plate, and the enclosing shape dimension of inner cavities of the first wall plate and the second wall plate is matched with the connection plate. The prefabricated part connecting piece provided by the invention is simple in structure, the steel use amount is decreased on the basis that the structure is simplified, shearing resistance, compression resistance and tensile performance of cavity components are remarkably improved, the connection strength and durability requirements for prefabricated cavity components are met very well, in addition, operation is easy, safe and reliable.
