The invention discloses a multi-handrail stairway of a middle and primary school teaching building. The design of the handrail plate rack can prevent a dropping object from dropping via gaps of suspended side handrails to hit other people and can also prevent injuries of limbs of people caused by quarrelling and fighting via gaps of fences. The arrangement of the lower rails can make short students keep balanced with the help of the handrails in the same comfortable posture.
