The invention discloses an adjusting and supporting structure for wire binding operation of steel bars. The adjusting and supporting structure comprises a support plate and a telescopic rod, first device plates are arranged on the side of the support plate, the telescopic rod which is horizontally distributed are installed on the center line of the front face of the support plate, one end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the side surface of a second device plate, a second supporting ring is arranged on the outer side of the second device plate, the center of the second device plate is rotationally connected with a second operating rod, a second handle is connected to the outer end of the second operating rod, and the outer surface of the second supporting ring is connected with the outer end of a second adjusting rod. According to the adjusting and supporting structure for wire binding operation of the steel bars, through the structural design of the first device platesand the second device plate, the steel bars can be stably supported and fixed from four corners, meanwhile, workers can conveniently carry out efficient wire binding operation through rotation drivenby motors of the multiple sets of first device plates, and structural design is more reasonable.
