The invention relates to the field of building materials. The invention provides redispersible flaky dry mortar. The flaky dry mortar comprises flaky dry mortar with gridding cloth; the flaky dry mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of cement, 0-20 parts of fly ash, 30-65 parts of sand, 5-15 parts of lightweight aggregate, 0.25-1 part of fiber, 0.05-0.5part of cellulose ether, 0.2-5 parts of water-soluble hot melt adhesive, 0.5-3 parts of redispersible latex powder and 0.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent. The redispersible flaky dry mortar provided by the invention is a sheet in a factory and a transportation process, and is viscous cement mortar with an adhesive function after water is sprayed on a construction site. When the redispersible flaky dry mortar is applied to a building construction site, almost no flying dust or waste is generated, and the redispersible flaky dry mortar has remarkable ecological environmental protection benefits; after water is sprayed, subsequent procedures such as bonding, masonry and laying can be carried out, traditional mortar wet stirring and plastering procedures are omitted, and the use is convenient.
