The device comprises a machine body and a rotating cavity which is formed inthe bottom wall of the machine body and is provided with a downward opening; a first rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the end wall of the rear side of the rotating cavity; a rotating frame is rotationally arranged on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft; a first gear fixed on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft is arranged on the rear side of the rotating frame; a protruding block is fixedly arranged on the end wall of the front side of the rotating frame; a first sliding groove which is through in a vertical direction is formed in the protruding block. With the devicefor removing the chewing gum on the square ground adopted, the chewing gum adhering to the ground surface can be removed; the chewing gum is solidified at a low temperature and then scrapped off fromthe ground through a scraper blade; meanwhile, a collecting device arranged in the device can collect the chewing gum for centralized treatment.
