Material sucking, discharging and dust collecting mechanism of milling machine
The invention relates to a material sucking, discharging and dust sucking mechanism of a milling machine. The mechanism comprises a material collecting bin, a dust removing bin, a material dischargingdevice, a dust sucking fan, a dust discharging device and a dust removing device; the material collecting bin is connected with a material sucking pipeline; a material sucking opening is formed in the foremost end of the material sucking pipeline; the dust removing bin is arranged behind the material collecting bin; the material collecting bin and the dust removing bin are arranged in parallel; an air duct is arranged between the material collecting bin and the dust removing bin to communicate two bin cavities; the material discharging device is arranged at the rear part of the material collecting bin; a dust removing device is arranged in the dust removing bin; and the dust discharging device is arranged at the lower part of the dust removing bin; an air chamber is arranged on the upperportion of the dust removing bin; and the dust sucking fan is arranged on the side wall of the air chamber. The device is ingenious in structure, convenient to use, low in manufacturing cost, easy tomaintain and clean, flexible in overall equipment and wider in applicable operation range. Especially, the dust collecting and removing part of the equipment can effectively reduce engineering flyingdust, and therefore, current environmental protection requirements are better meet, and health hazards to on-site construction personnel are greatly reduced.
