The invention discloses an L-shaped prestressed tension-anchor secant double-row pile foundation pit supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a front row of piles, a rear row of piles, a front row pile top ring beam, a rear row pile top ring beam and coupling beams. The structure is characterized in that the structure further comprises a plurality of L-shapedprestressed ribs; the front row of piles are secant cast-in-situ bored piles, and the secant cast-in-situ bored piles include front row prestressed reinforced concrete cast-in-situ piles and plain concrete cast-in-situ piles which are arranged in a spaced secant mode; the rear row of piles are discrete cast-in-situ bored piles which include the rear row prestressed reinforced concrete cast-in-situ piles which are arranged in a discrete mode; and one end of each L-shaped prestressed rib penetrates through the interior of the corresponding front row prestressed reinforced concrete cast-in-situpile from bottom to top and then transversely penetrates through the corresponding coupling beam and the rear row pile top ring beam before being fixed.
