The kitchen waste treatment device includes a mounting rack, a vegetable washing basin isarranged on the top wall of the mounting rack, a water spray ring is arranged above the vegetable washing basin, a pulverizer is arranged below the vegetable washing basin, a leaking hole is formed in the bottom of the vegetable washing basin, an input hole for being externally connected with a water source is formed in the water spray ring, spray holes are further formed in the water spray ring,a centralized treatment assembly is arranged below the pulverizer, the centralized treatment assembly includes an installation box, a vacuum drainage valve and a gas valve, a sewage storage cavity isformed in the bottom of the installation box, an input port of the sewage storage cavity communicates with an output port of the pulverizer through a connecting pipeline, an output port of the sewagestorage cavity communicates with an input port of the vacuum drainage valve, an output port of the vacuum drainage valve communicates with a centralized collection tank through a pipe, and the gas valve is connected with the gas delivery end of the vacuum drainage valve.
