Two-stage anti-overflow device for sewage suction truck
The invention provides a two-stage anti-overflow device for a sewage suction truck. An air inlet connector of the two-stage anti-overflow device is connected with an air outlet of an anti-overflow valve at a tank roof of the sewage suction truck; an air outlet connector of the two-stage anti-overflow device is connected with an air suction port of a vacuum pump; when the anti-overflow valve at thetank roof fails, sewage enters the two-stage anti-overflow device to trigger an electronic liquid level switch to control the vacuum pump to stop operating; if the electronic liquid level switch fails, when the liquid level reaches certain height, under the combined action of buoyancy and vacuum suction force, a large floating ball floats to jack up a small floating ball to reach an extreme position to match a V-shaped sealing ring to block an air outlet of the two-stage anti-overflow device, and the vacuum pump stops; and a U-shaped filter screen is in a filtering screen structure with a solid bottom and a porous side surface, which can effectively filter large-particle media, ensure the cleanness of the floating balls, improve the sealing reliability, and can also prevent the floating balls from being blown up when the sewage suction truck works normally. According to the two-stage anti-overflow device for sewage suction truck, mechanical anti-overflow and electronic anti-overflow technologies are utilized comprehensively; the effective distance between a sewage level and the sealing ring can be increased by a double-floating ball structure; the size is smaller; and the reliability is higher.
本发明提出了一种吸污车用的二级防溢装置,其进气接头与吸污车罐顶防溢阀的出气口相连,出气接头与真空泵的吸气口相连;当罐顶防溢阀失效时,污水进入二级防溢装置内部,触发电子液位开关控制真空泵停止作业;若电子液位开关失效,当液面达到一定高度时,在浮力和真空吸力的共同作用下,大浮球浮起,顶起小浮球达到极限位置,与V型密封圈配合堵死二级防溢装置的出气口,真空泵停止;U形滤网采用底部实体、侧面多孔目滤网结构,可有效过滤大颗粒介质,保证浮球清洁,提高密封可靠性,也可防止吸污车正常作业时吹起浮球。本发明综合运用了机械防溢和电子防溢技术,双浮球结构可增大污水液面与密封圈的有效距离,体积更小,可靠性更高。
