The invention discloses an automatic sampling device, a plant configuration structure and an automatic sampling method thereof. The automatic sampling device comprises a feeding conveying device, a sample conveying device, a feeding and sampling device, a material receiver, a sample sampling device and a material returning elevator; the feeding and sampling device is configured to sample materialson the feeding and conveying device; conveying to a sample conveying device; the sample sampling device is configured to sample materials on the sample conveying device; wherein the sample conveyingdevice is used for conveying samples to the material receiving device, the single sampling amount of the sample sampling device is smaller than that of the feeding sampling device, the material returning elevator is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port, the feeding port is connected with a discharging port of the sample conveying device, and the discharging port is connected with the feeding conveying device so that materials on the sample conveying device can be returned to the feeding conveying device. The automatic sampling device is simple in structure, high in automation degree, free of pollution in the sampling process and high in representativeness of sampled samples.
本发明公开了一种自动取样装置、厂房配置结构及其自动取样方法,所述自动取样装置包括进料输送装置、样品输送装置、进料取样装置、接料器、样品取样装置和返料提升机,进料取样装置被构造成可对进料输送装置上的物料进行取样,并输送至样品输送装置,样品取样装置被构造成可对样品输送装置上的物料进行取样,并输送至接料器,且样品取样装置的单次取样量小于进料取样装置的单次取样量,返料提升机具有进料口和下料口,进料口与样品输送装置的出料口相连且下料口与进料输送装置相连以将样品输送装置上的物料返料至进料输送装置。根据本发明实施例的自动取样装置的结构简单、自动化程度高、取样过程无污染且取样样品代表性强。
