The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a composite board by recycling a waste filter bag of a bag type dust collector, wherein the method comprises the steps: crushing waste filter bags, cleaning the waste filter bags,, drying the waste filter bags,, opening, mixing glass fibers and crushed opening material, needling and compounding, pressing at high temperature, cooling and shaping insequence to obtain a finished product composite board. Compared with the prior art, a building template and a partition board produced by the method have low requirements on a cleaning process, and the building template and the partition board can be covered with cement and the like in the using process, so that no requirements on cement or lime components remained in the building material are required; resources of the waste filter bags are recycled, so that secondary pollution caused by landfill, incineration and other treatment methods is effectively solved, and work of resource reutilization, energy conservation, emission reduction and the like is facilitated; in the high-temperature pressurizing process, the thermoplastic fibers are dissolved to play a role in bonding, so that adhesives such as glue are replaced, and the produced board does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and glue and belongs to green and environment-friendly building materials.
本发明公开了一种回收袋式除尘器废旧滤袋制作复合板的方法,废旧滤袋依次经过粉碎、清洗、烘干、开松、玻璃纤维和粉碎开松料混合、针刺复合、高温压制、冷却定型,制得成品复合板。与现有技术相比,本发明生产的建筑模板和隔墙板对清洗工艺要求不需要太高,建筑模板和隔墙板在使用过程中会在外面覆盖水泥等,所以对建材本身留有的水泥或石灰成分没有要求;废旧滤袋的资源回收利用,有效解决了因填埋、焚烧等处理办法带来的二次污染,有助于资源重新利用,节能减排等工作;高温加压过程中,热塑性纤维溶解,起到粘合的作用,从而取代胶水等粘合物,生产的板材不含甲醛、胶水等有害物质,属于绿色环保建材。
