Process and system for producing calcium chloride dihydrate and graphene by utilizing chlor-alkali hydrochloric acid
The invention discloses a process and a system for producing calcium chloride dihydrate and graphene by utilizing chlor-alkali hydrochloric acid. The process comprises the following steps: firstly, calcining and converting limestone into quick lime; digesting the quick lime to obtain high-quality calcium hydroxide and low-quality calcium hydroxide; calcining the high-quality calcium hydroxide to generate active calcium oxide for growth of graphene; neutralizing the obtained graphene-calcium oxide composite powder with chlor-alkali hydrochloric acid, and carrying out filtering to obtain a filter cake and primary filtrate; washing and drying the filter cake to obtain graphene powder, neutralizing the primary filtrate by using the low-grade calcium hydroxide, and carrying out evaporating andconcentrating to prepare calcium chloride dihydrate; and absorbing hydrogen chloride tail gas generated by neutralization reaction by using a graphene washing solution, and recycling after the washingsolution reaches the target acidity. The invention also provides a system of the process, and the whole process and system realize the simultaneous production of calcium chloride dihydrate and graphene powder by utilizing the byproduct hydrochloric acid of the chlor-alkali industry, expand the industrial chain of the chlor-alkali industry, and realize high-quality circular economy.
本发明公开了一种利用氯碱盐酸生产二水氯化钙与石墨烯的工艺和系统,工艺包括以下步骤:首先将石灰石煅烧转化为生石灰,生石灰经消化得到高品氢氧化钙和低品氢氧化钙,将高品氢氧化钙煅烧后生成活性氧化钙用于石墨烯的生长,将得到的石墨烯‑氧化钙的复合粉体与氯碱盐酸进行中和、过滤得到滤饼和一次滤液,将滤饼洗涤并干燥得到石墨烯粉体,将一次滤液用低品氢氧化钙进行中和并蒸发浓缩制取二水氯化钙,中和反应产生的氯化氢尾气通过石墨烯洗涤液吸收,待洗涤液达到目标酸度后再利用。本发明还提供了所述工艺的系统,整个工艺和系统实现了利用氯碱工业副产盐酸同时生产二水氯化钙和石墨烯粉体,拓展了氯碱工业产业链,实现高质量循环经济。
