The invention discloses a sludge cleaning machine capable of changing rapidly. The sludge cleaning machine structurally comprises a dispersing machine barrel, a control electric cabinet, a divergenceframe, an external suction motor, a folding and filtering device, a separation support frame and a biological flushing and filtering frame; the folding and filtering device is locked at the bottom ofthe interior of the separation support frame through rivets; the external suction motor is in threaded connection with the front end of the folding and filtering device; the divergence frame is connected to the lower portion of the dispersing machine barrel through nails. When plastic bags are separated to a sub-filter disc, the blocking of the plastic bags can be sensed through a sensing head; adeflection arm and an inner hinge head are pushed out through a transmission and pulling wheel; the inner hinge head is deflected to prick the plastic bags at the filter disc; the plastic bag is takenaway from the filter disc, then are stored in a bearing bag through pricking heads by virtue of back hinge of the transmission and pulling wheel, and are stored in the bearing bag, and then the bearing bag is periodically cleaned, so that the plastic bags blocked on the filter disc can be taken out one by one, the normal flow of sludge is not hindered, and the conversion rate of the sludge is improved.
本发明公开了一种快速变化的淤泥清理机，其结构包括冲散机筒、控制电柜、辐散架、外吸电机、折叠滤通装置、分隔支撑架、生物冲滤架，折叠滤通装置通过铆钉锁紧在分隔支撑架内部的底部，外吸电机螺纹连接在折叠滤通装置的前端，辐散架钉连接在冲散机筒的下方，在塑料袋被隔到分滤片处时，能够通过感应头感应到有塑料袋的阻挡，在通过传拉轮将偏折臂、内铰头推出，使内铰头发生偏折将分滤片处的塑料袋扎住，将其带离分滤片处，再经过传拉轮的回铰使其通过扎刺头储存到承纳袋处，将其储存在内部，再定期对承纳袋进行清理，能让挡在分滤片的塑料袋都能够被一一带出，不会阻碍到淤泥的正常流动，提高淤泥的转化率。
