The invention relates to a perlite vitrified microbead polyurethane composite thermal insulation material. The invention belongs to the field of building materials. According to the thermal insulationmaterial, while the original thermal insulation effect is maintained, the fire resistance is improved, the strength is increased, the water absorption is reduced and the production cost is reduced. Apreparation method of the perlite vitrified microbead polyurethane composite thermal insulation material comprises the following steps: putting perlite vitrified microbeads and one of polyisocyanatesor combined polyether into a stirrer and uniformly stirring and mixing; respectively pouring the uniformly stirred and mixed material in the step 1 and polyisocyanates or combined polyether into a sealed mold in proportion; slowly vibrating the mold, and gradually exhausting air outwards in the mold sealing and vibrating process to reduce the generation of bubbles, enabling the polyisocyanates and the combined polyether to be fully foamed into polyurethane, and extruding and bonding the perlite vitrified microbeads to finally form a plate; and separating the product from the mold to obtain the perlite vitrified microbead polyurethane composite thermal insulation material.
本发明涉及一种珍珠岩玻化微珠聚氨酯复合保温材料,属于建筑材料领域,本发明保温材料在维持原有保温效果的同时,还提高了防火性,增加了强度,降低了吸水性,降低了生产成本,本发明所述的珍珠岩玻化微珠聚氨酯复合保温材料制作方法如下:将珍珠岩玻化微珠先与多异氰酸酯或组合聚醚其中一种放入搅拌器中搅拌混合均匀;将上述步骤中的搅拌混合均匀后的材料与多异氰酸酯或组合聚醚按比例分别浇注到密封的模具中;缓缓振动模具,模具密封振动过程中需要逐渐往外排出空气,减少气泡的产生,使多异氰酸酯和组合聚醚充分发泡成聚氨酯并挤压粘结珍珠岩玻化微珠最后成板;从模具中分离产品,即为珍珠岩玻化微珠聚氨酯复合保温材料。
