Pumped all-iron tailing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses pumped all-iron tailing concrete. Each cubic meter of concrete is prepared from 233.3 kg to 318.0 kg of cement, 100.0 kg to 136.3 kg of iron tailing powder, 661.8 kg to 814.5 kg of iron tailing ore, 1064.8 kg to 1247.6 kg of iron tailing ore, 165 kg to 175 kg of water and 1.6 kg to 2.6 kg of a water reducing agent. A preparation method of the pumped all-iron tailing concrete comprises the following steps: mixing iron tailing ore, iron tailing powder and cement to obtain mixed powder; mixing the mixed powder with iron tailings to obtain a mixed dry material; and mixing amixed solution of a water reducing agent and water with the mixed dry material obtained in the previous step to obtain the concrete. According to the pumped all-iron tailing concrete, the iron tailing powder is adopted to replace 30% by mass of cement in common concrete, the iron tailing sand serves as fine aggregate, the iron tailing ore serves as coarse aggregate, all the components are matchedwith one another, a large amount of iron tailings can be utilized, and the cost is low. In the pumped all-iron tailing concrete, the maximum use amount of the iron tailings reaches 83.5%, and variousparameters of the concrete are superior to those of common concrete, so that the requirements of daily construction are met.
