The invention belongs to the technical field of coating preparation, in particular to an aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint and a preparation method thereof. The aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of vinyl acetate, 20 to 30 parts of MU-601 epoxy resin emulsion, 10 to 12 parts of propylene acetic acid emulsion, 10 to 11 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 6 to 8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 0.2 to 0.5 part of ammonium polyacrylate, 0.3 to 0.6 part of a coalescing agent, 0.6 to 0.7 part of a thickening agent and 23 to 26 parts of deionized water. A spraying device comprises a handle, a guide pipe and a smearing roller. The top of the handle is rotationally connected with the smearing roller through a fixing rod. Guide grooves are formed in the handle, the fixing rod and the smearing roller and communicate with one another. The guide groove in the handle is communicated with the guide pipe at the lower end of thehandle. A partition plate is fixedly connected in the guide groove of the handle above an extrusion plate. The surface of the outer wall of the handle is fixedly sleeved with a material supplementingbin and a material supplementing box. The outer surface of the handle is slidingly connected with a sliding ring. The aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, long service life and simple and convenient application.
