The invention discloses an automatic mark cylinder receiving and sending device and relates to the field of building construction equipment. The device comprises a main body base, a cylinder body is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top end of the main body base, the main body base comprises a base body, a USB connecting port is fixedly formed in one side of the base body, a wireless signal receiver is fixedly arranged at the top of the base body, a transverse driving wheel is arranged on one side of the bottom of the base body, and transverse driven wheels are arranged at the central symmetry position of the transverse driving wheel along the base body. According to the invention, the main body base is arranged; a control terminal inputs the position coordinates of the mark cylinder needing to be placed; the wireless signal receiver receives a control signal from the control terminal and transmits the control signal to a single-chip microcomputer; the single-chip microcomputer controls a transmission motor to work, through meshing transmission of a driven gear and a driving gear, the marking cylinder is moved to the designated position of the needed position coordinate, afterconstruction is completed, the marking cylinder is retracted to the storage position, and therefore the marking cylinder can automatically reach the designated position, be automatically placed and beautomatically collected.
