The maintenance device comprises a connection pipe, wherein a maintenance mechanism and a snow removal mechanism are arranged on the connection pipe, the snow removal mechanism comprises a snow removal ring, a power assembly and two support assemblies, the power assembly comprises at least two power units, the power unitsare uniformly distributed by taking the axis of the connection pipe as the central circumference, and each power unit comprises an air inflation pump, an air pipe and an air inlet hole; and the maintenance mechanism comprises two air bags and at least two connecting assemblies, the air bags are in one-to-one correspondence to the support assemblies, each connecting assembly comprises a sealing unit and two fixing pipes, and the fixing pipes are in one-to-one correspondence to the air bags. According to the maintenance device for the tap water supply system, the function of sealing water pipecracks is achieved through the maintenance mechanism, and moreover, the function of removing accumulated snow on water pipes is achieved through the snow removal mechanism.
