Steel structure rack
The invention discloses a steel structure rack. The steel structure rack comprises a rack body which is composed of a plurality of stand columns, top beams and bottom beams, wherein the stand columnsare vertically arranged in a pairwise parallel manner, and the top beams and the bottom beams are transversely and fixedly arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion between every two stand columns respectively; the bottom surface of each stand column is provided with a fixing seat and a cushion layer sequentially from inside to outside, oblique supporting frames are fixedly arranged between the stand columns and the fixing seats, the upper surface of each fixing seat is provided with a plurality of high-strength bolts, and the high-strength bolts are connected with the cushion layersin a penetrating threaded manner; and the middle portions of the inner walls of the top beams are provided with clamping grooves, the inner sides of the clamping grooves are provided with connectingrods, and the two ends of the connecting rods are connected with the clamping grooves in a buckled manner. The steel structure rack is simple in structure; and by arranging the connecting rods betweenthe beams and arranging the internal corners and external corners of the connecting rods in a bent manner, the connecting rods can provide high-strength supporting when the beams are pulled or pressed, and the overall safety and stability are improved.
本发明公开一种钢结构机架,包括若干个立柱、顶梁及底梁构成的机架主体,所述立柱沿竖直方向两两平行设置,所述顶梁和底梁分别横向固定设置于两个所述立柱之间的上部和下部,每个所述立柱底面由内到外依次设置有固定座和垫层,所述立柱与固定座之间固定设置有斜向支撑架,所述固定座上表面安装有若干个高强螺栓,且所述高强螺栓与所述垫层贯穿螺纹连接;所述顶梁的内壁中部开设有卡槽,所述卡槽的内侧安装有连接杆,所述连接杆两端与所述卡槽卡扣连接。本发明结构简单,通过在梁间设置的连接杆以及连接杆阴角弯折和阳角弯折设置使梁间在受到拉力或挤压时,连接杆可承受强度较大的支撑,提高整体的安全稳定。
