The concrete-filled steel tube shear wall comprises a wall limb steel tube cavity containing atleast one closed cavity and formed by welding limb end plates, a corner steel tube and a plurality pieces of wall limb profile steel, the outward extending lengths of the limb end plates relative tothe two sides of the wall limb steel tube cavity each are not less than 20mm, core concrete fills the wall limb steel tube cavity, wrapping concrete is arranged on the outer side of the wall limb steel tube cavity, the thickness of the wrapping concrete is the same as the outward extending length of each limb end plate, holes for allowing the concrete to pass through are formed in the side faces of the closed cavities, needing to be filled with the core concrete, in the wall limb steel tube cavity, wherein the holes are distributed in an array mode or a quincunx mode, and the core concrete inside the wall limb steel tube cavity and the wrapping concrete on the outer side of the wall limb steel tube cavity are connected into a whole through the holes. The concrete inside and outside the steel tube is poured at the same time and connected into a whole through the holes, the wrapping concrete is effectively prevented from falling off in the using stage, the concrete outside the tube can solve the problems about corrosion and fire resistance of steel plates on the two sides at the same time, the concrete-filled steel tube shear wall is suitable for prefabrication production, and the construction cost is low.
