The invention relates to a construction method of a nano-calcium-carbonate modified fluorocarbon concrete protective agent. The method includes the following steps that (1) in a basic surface cleaningstep, floating dust, cement slurry and oil stains on a concrete basic layer are removed; (2) in a repairing step, areas with honeycombs, pitted surfaces and cracks of the surface of the concrete basic layer are repaired; (3) in a polishing treatment step, the repaired surface of the concrete basic layer is polished to be flush; and (4) in the coating step of a protective coating, the surface is firstly coated with an acrylic primer and then coated with the fluorocarbon concrete protective agent. The construction method of the protective agent is simple, the surface of the concrete basic layeris coated with the primer before being coated with finish paint, and the protective agent is excellent in weather resistance and scrubbing resistance and can better achieve the effect of protecting the surface of concrete.
本发明涉及一种纳米碳酸钙改性氟碳混凝土保护剂的施工方法,包括以下步骤,(1)基面清理,清除混凝土基层的浮灰、水泥渣、油污;(2)修补,对混凝土基层表面的蜂窝、麻面、裂缝的区域进行修补;(3)打磨处理,将修补后的混凝土基层表面打磨平齐;(4)涂覆保护涂层,先涂覆丙烯酸底漆,然后再涂覆氟碳混凝土保护剂。本发明的保护剂施工方法简单,且在涂面漆前先涂底漆,具有优异的耐候性及耐擦洗性,能够起到较好的保护混凝土表面的作用。
