The invention provides a building complex structure. The building complex structure comprises garden layers, houses and elevators, wherein the garden layers and the first layer of the houses are located on the same structural plane layer, and the garden layers and the houses are connected by steel structures or reinforced concrete to form a whole, or the garden layers and the houses are built as awhole but the structure is broken by shrinkage joints; in terms of the height, each garden layer consists of one-story houses, two-story houses or multi-story houses; all the garden layers correspondvertically, and the houses correspond vertically; the garden layers are all connected or supported by wall pillars; multiple independent unit houses are arranged on one side, two sides, or around each garden layer and alley, and the multiple independent unit houses are connected and communicate through the garden layer and alley layer to form a large interdependent building complex whole which looks like a sky city in shape.
