The invention discloses a photovoltaic coupled photo-thermal energy-saving window system comprising a window frame, solar panels and a hot water supplying system. The hot water supplying system comprises a plurality of heat collection water pipes and heat collection plates. Each heat collection water pipe is provided with one heat collection plate. The window frame is provided with two layers of glass. The solar panels are arranged on one side inside the window frame. The other side inside the window frame is rotationally provided with the heat collection water pipes. The heat collection waterpipes and the solar panels are both arranged between the two layers of glass. The solar panels are connected with electricity-using equipment or a storage battery. According to the photovoltaic coupled photo-thermal energy-saving window system, the double layers of glass are used as the indoor glass, so that heat exchange between an indoor space and an outdoor space and heat loss are greatly lowered; and the heat collection plates convert solar energy into heat energy and transmit the heat energy to the heat collection water pipes for making hot water for life, the solar panels provide neededelectricity for the system, multiple purposes are achieved through one measure, and energy sources and building materials are saved.
