The invention belongs to the technical field of building material manufacturing, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete precast slab. The method includes the following steps that first, molds are installed; second, reinforcing steel bars are also installed; third, concrete is poured; and fourth, a concrete layer is cured, and after the concrete layer is poured, a concrete layer vibrating device is used for vibrating the concrete layer; and after being subjected to wiping pressure, the surface of the concrete layer is covered with felt, and watering curingis further carried out. By adoption of the method for manufacturing the reinforced concrete precast slab in the invention, when the poured concrete layer is vibrated, a second limiting rod is sleevedwith different numbers of rubber rings, the lowest position of a second mounting base on the second limiting rod is adjusted, and therefore the lowest position of a vibrating bar can be adjusted, themaximum depth for the vibrating bar to be inserted into the concrete layer can be controlled accurately, and the phenomenon that the end of the vibrating bar touches the upper surface of a bottom formwork is avoided.
