The invention discloses an intelligent carbon contact strip copper immersion preparation device. The device comprises a bottom plate, a pair of vertical plates is arranged on the two sides of the topface of the bottom plate, the pair of vertical plates are two U-shaped plates with openings facing each other, a driving mechanism is arranged in the pair of vertical plates, two sliding cylinders inthe driving mechanism are fixedly connected with the two ends of a transverse rod correspondingly, the transverse rod is transversely placed between the pair of vertical plates, a pair of clamping bases is arranged on the bottom face of the transverse rod, and clamping mechanisms are arranged on the clamping bases; the two ends, with upward openings, of a carbon contact strip are movably clamped with clamping blocks in the clamping mechanisms correspondingly; and a sliding bottom plate is transversely arranged right behind the top face of the bottom plate, the sliding bottom plate is movably connected with a carrying plate through a sliding mechanism, and a sunken carbon contact strip storage groove is formed in the front end of the top face of the carrying plate. The invention further discloses an intelligent carbon contact strip copper immersion preparation method. According to the device and the method, through the cooperative use of the plurality of mechanisms, the manufacturing process of the copper-immersed carbon contact strip is simplified, the operation difficulty of workers is reduced, and the copper immersion efficiency is improved.
