The invention discloses repairing mortar and a repairing construction method for a damaged part of a concrete structure. The repairing mortar is prepared from the following substances in parts by mass: 12.5 parts of a repairing agent, 87.5 parts of sand, 50 parts of cement, 37.5 parts of white cement and 28 parts of water. The repairing construction method for the damaged part of the concrete structure specifically comprises the following steps: chiseling away loose concrete at a damaged part; cleaning the damaged surface of the concrete structure; brushing the cleaned damaged surface with aninterface agent; and preparing repairing mortar, filling the damaged part of the concrete structure with the repairing mortar, installing a supporting formwork, and reinforcing, wherein the concrete structure and the repairing mortar are tightly combined and are consistent in surface color and luster. According to the method, the attractiveness and the durability of the concrete structure are guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
