Preparation method of expanded vermiculite coated polystyrene foamed particle/cement composite foam material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an expanded vermiculite coated polystyrene foamed particle/cement composite foam material. The method comprises the following steps: heating EPS beads for 4-6 minutes, foaming, and aging for 27-29 hours; mixing an epoxy resin and a curing agent to prepare an epoxy resin glue, adding the epoxy resin glue into a container filled with the foamed EPS particles, uniformly stirring, adding expanded vermiculite, continuously stirring until the surfaces of the EPS particles are uniformly coated with the expanded vermiculite, and curing for 1-2 hours to obtain expanded vermiculite coated EPS particles; and putting rubber powder and a water reducing agent into a stirring pot filled with water, uniformly dispersing, adding sulphoaluminate cement, finally adding the expanded vermiculite coated EPS particles into the stirring pot, uniformly mixing, pouring into a mold, naturally curing, and demolding to obtain the product. The composite foam materialprepared by the method has high strength, high dry density and high heat conductivity coefficient, wherein the maximum heat release rate, the total heat release amount and the smoke release amount ofthe composite foam are reduced, and the ignition time is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种膨胀蛭石包覆聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒/水泥复合泡沫材料的制备方法,步骤如下:将EPS珠粒加热4‑6min进行发泡,熟化27‑29h;将环氧树脂和固化剂混合制备环氧树脂胶,加入装有发泡EPS颗粒的容器中,搅匀后加入膨胀蛭石,继续搅拌至膨胀蛭石均匀包覆在EPS颗粒表面,固化1‑2h得膨胀蛭石包覆的EPS颗粒;将胶粉和减水剂置于装有水的搅拌锅中分散均匀,再加入硫铝酸盐水泥,最后将膨胀蛭石包覆的EPS颗粒加入搅拌锅中,混匀后倒入模具中,自然养护后拆模即得。该方法制备的复合泡沫材料的具有较大的强度、干密度和导热系数,此外复合泡沫的最大热释放速率、总放热量和烟释放量降低,着火时间延长。
