The invention discloses a fly ash sintered hollow brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The fly ash sintered hollow brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.32-0.51part of fly ash, 1.2-1.9 parts of boiler discharged waste slag and 2.47-3.93 parts of clay. The fly ash sintered hollow brick has the following beneficial effects: 1, in the production process of thehollow brick, by adding and mixing a certain proportion of fly ash and the crushed boiler discharged waste slag, the performance of clay as an adhesive in the original process is changed, and problems of poor air permeability, high viscosity, poor plasticity, difficult dehydration of a semi-finished product, long drying period and the like are solved; and 2, in the firing process of the hollow brick, the use of external coal is reduced, the energy is greatly saved, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved. Through the process and the specially selected weight part ratio, the produced hollow brick is good in mechanical property, high in strength and convenient to construct, and has the characteristics of sound insulation, heat insulation, no hollowing, no cracking and no sinking.
本发明公开了一种粉煤灰烧结的空心砖及制作方法,由下述份数的原料组成:0.32~0.51份的粉煤灰、1.2~1.9的锅炉排放废碴、2.47~3.93份的粘土。本发明有益效果为:1.空心砖的生产过程中,通过掺兑一定比例的粉煤灰、粉碎的锅炉排放废碴改变了原来工艺中粘土作为粘合剂的性能,解决了通气性差、粘性大、塑性差、半成品不易脱水、干燥周期长等问题。2.空心砖的烧制过程中减少了外投煤的使用,大大节约了能源,起到环保的作用。通过本工艺和特选的重量份数比,生产的空心砖力学性能好、强度高、便于施工,具有隔音、隔热、不空鼓、不龟裂、不下沉的特点。
