Construction method for controlling compaction quality of high-speed railway subgrade
The invention provides a construction method for controlling the compaction quality of a high-speed railway subgrade. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting proper subgrade filler according to a subgrade structure layer, naming soil field filler taken from a construction site, and estimating a foundation coefficient value of the construction site after the filler is compacted by adopting an indoor wave velocity test or an indoor load plate test; performing a field compaction test on the filler capable of meeting the roadbed compaction quality requirement, obtaining a relation curve between a vibration compaction value and a foundation coefficient, and determining rolling compaction parameters of the road roller; enabling the roadbed to be layered rolling compaction, and controlling the filling elevation through a Beidou system, so that the roadbed filling thickness is controlled; and based on the relationship between the compaction value under vibration and the foundation coefficient, continuously controlling the roadbed compaction quality. According to the method, from filler selection, on-site rolling parameter control to compaction quality control, refined classification is carried out on the conditions of railway roadbed filler in on-site use, the on-site roadbed construction quality is effectively controlled, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种控制高速铁路路基压实质量的施工方法,根据路基结构层选定合适的路基填料,对施工现场取的土场填料进行定名,采用室内波速试验或室内荷载板试验预估施工现场填料压实后的地基系数值;对能够满足路基压实质量要求的填料,进行现场压实试验,获取振动压实值与地基系数之间的关系曲线,确定压路机碾压参数;对路基进行分层碾压,通过北斗系统控制填筑标高,从而控制路基填筑厚度;基于振动下压实值与地基系数之间的关系,连续控制路基压实质量。该方法从填料选择、现场碾压参数控制直至压实质量控制,针对铁路路基填料现场使用中的情况进行了精细化分类,有效的控制了现场路基施工质量,提高了施工效率。
