The invention provides a height-adjustable assembly type offshore measuring platform and an installation method thereof. The height-adjustable assembly type offshore measuring platform comprises a platform panel, wherein a latticed supporting frame formed by cross fixing of section steel is arranged at the bottom of the platform panel, and continuously-stacked standard lattice supports are fixedlyarranged at the bottom of the supporting frame; the standard lattice supports are hexahedron frames, the adjacent standard lattice supports are fixedly connected with each other through flange platesat the ends of supporting legs at the four ends of each support, and the bottoms of the supporting legs of the standard lattice support on the bottommost side are in flange connection with supportingcolumns; guide plates are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting columns; and at least two guide holes are formed in the outer side of the connecting point of each supporting column and the corresponding guide plate, and fixing piles are arranged on the guide holes. The height-adjustable assembly type offshore measuring platform is high in stability, suitable for different water depths, easy to recycle in the later period, capable of resisting offshore wind waves and capable of adjusting the height.
