The invention discloses a folding multifunctional closestool. The folding multifunctional closestool comprises a closestool body and a rotary urinal arranged on the inner side of the closestool body,wherein the rotary urinal comprises a pedestal pan and a rotary base; the pedestal pan is connected with the rotary base through a pedestal pan rotating shaft; a cushion is arranged on the outer ringof the upper side of the pedestal pan; a through dirt discharging groove is formed in the pedestal pan; a blow-off pipe is arranged at the bottom of the closestool body; one end of the blow-off pipe penetrates through the rotary base and is connected with the dirt discharging groove, and the other end of the blow-off pipe slidably sleeves a blow-off sleeve; a water spraying opening, an ultravioletlamp panel and a drying air opening are further formed in the closestool body; an infrared sensor is arranged on the upper portion of the outer side of the closestool body; a pedestal pan mode sensoris arranged at the lower left corner of the outer side of the closestool body; a urinal mode sensor is arranged at the lower right corner of the outer side of the closestool body; and an emergency manual switch is arranged on an outer side edge. The closestool of the invention is foldable and is small in occupied space; the height of the pedestal pan can be adjusted as required; water is saved, and disinfection is realized; and the pedestal pan and the urinal are integrally designed, so the folding multifunctional closestool is applicable to both men and women.
