The invention provides a prefabricated spiral stair which comprises a stand column, connecting sleeves and a plurality of pedals, wherein mounting plates are arranged at the top and bottom of the stand column; the cross section of the stand column is a polygon; the outer surface of the stand column take the shape of continuous sawteeth; each of the connecting sleeves is a polygon and is matched with the outline of the stand column; the pedals are uniformly arranged in the height direction of the stand column; the other ends of the pedals are sequentially arranged in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction; the rotary angle of two upper and lower adjacent pedals is 22.5 degrees; the pedals are connected with the stand column through the connecting sleeves in a sleeving manner; and each of the connecting sleeves is compounded at one end of the corresponding pedal. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated spiral stair has the advantages of being convenient in installation, simple in structure, and precise, safe and reliable in positioning, being mounted by an owner and convenient in later dismantling and transformation.
