The invention belongs to the technical field of floors, and relates to a formaldehyde-free elastic composite wooden floor. The formaldehyde-free elastic composite wooden floor is composed of a base plate and panels arranged on the surfaces of soft substrates, wherein the base plate is formed by laminating a solid wood veneer group and a soft substrate layer; the soft substrates are arranged between every two adjacent solid wood veneers in the solid wood veneer group, and rubber particles contained in the soft substrates enable the solid wood veneers, the soft substrates and the panels to bebound and solidified into a whole body through hot pressing vulcanization. According to the formaldehyde-free elastic composite wooden floor, the first solid wood veneer group and the second solid wood veneer group with different wood texture directions are made from the same tree species, the thickness of the first solid wood veneer group is similar to that of the second solid wood veneer group,and the wood texture directions are different, the water content and internal stress balance in the middle of the base plate are ensured, the phenomena of bending and deformation are effectively reduced, and no other adhesives are used for bonding, so that no formaldehyde releases from the prepared floor. A preparation method is simple in process, and no major change exists except for the adjustment of the process during assembly, and the formaldehyde-free elastic composite wooden floor is beneficial to industrialization.
