The invention discloses a lifting-type construction platform for housing construction engineering. The lifting-type construction platform comprises a lifting device, and the top of the lifting deviceis provided with an operation table. Brick debris is collected through the operation table, so that it is helpful to keep the construction environment clean and tidy, and the harm to the physical andmental health of constructors is reduced; the restriction on a control device is relieved through cooperation of a locking device and a power output device, rotating force is applied to the control device through the power output device, and then the control device applies tension to a shaping device so that the shaping device can be retracted into the operation table, the size of the lifting-typeconstruction platform is decreased, and the constructors can conveniently move the lifting-type construction platform; and through a non-return device, the power output device can only rotate uni-directionally, the problem of reverse pop-up of the shaping device due to misoperation of the constructors is avoided, and the practicability of the lifting-type construction platform is improved.
