System and method for preparing calcium oxide and sulfur by utilizing industrial byproduct gypsum
The invention provides a system for preparing calcium oxide and sulfur by using industrial by-product gypsum. The system comprises a feeding unit, a reaction unit and a discharging unit, wherein the feeding unit comprises a solid feeding unit and a gas feeding unit which are independently connected with a feeding hole of the reaction unit respectively, and the discharging unit comprises a calciumoxide discharging unit and a sulfur discharging unit which are connected with a discharging hole of the reaction unit respectively. The core process of the system provided by the invention is as follows: superheated steam reacts with industrial by-product gypsum to obtain calcium oxide, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide; hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide further react to generate sulfur, the prepared sulfur can be directly used as a raw material for preparing acid from sulfur, calcium oxide is filtered to obtain an active calcium oxide product, and resource utilization of industrial by-product gypsum is realized.
