The invention discloses an electric porcelain ash glaze material, an electric porcelain ash glaze and preparation thereof, wherein the electric porcelain grey glaze material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 25%-27% of quartz; 36%-39% of feldspar; 8%-10% of talcum powder; 6-8% of limestone; 2%-4% of aluminum oxide; 2%-4% of Zuoyun powder; 5%-7% of zirconium silicate;2%-4% of spodumene; 1.5%-3% of barium carbonate; 0.2%-0.4% of a pigment; less than 0.2% of cobalt oxide; less than 0.5% of dispersing agent A15; and less than 1% of hydroxymethyl cellulose (CMC). When the ash glaze is prepared, the water content of glaze slip is controlled to be 34-36%, the viscosity is controlled to be 20-30 Pa.s, meanwhile, and the proportion of the ash glaze with the granularity smaller than 10 microns is (73-75)%; and the technical problems of glaze pinholes, glaze shrinkage and glaze high-temperature flow spreading are solved.
