The low-density reinforcing agent is prepared from the following components: a special early strength agent, silica fume and superfine slag powder, wherein the special early strength agent is prepared from one or more of the following components: anhydrous sodium sulphate, aluminum ammonium sulfate, calcium chloride, polyaluminum chloride, nano silicon dioxide, hydrotalcite and a mixture of white carbon black and triisopropanolamine. The fluidity of cement paste prepared from the low-density reinforcing agent for oil well cement is 23-25cm, and the fluidity of the paste is good; the cement paste pressurization density difference is smaller than or equal to 0.02 g/cm<3>, and the cement paste stability is good; zero free water can be realized; set cement is high in strength development speed, the 24-hour compressive strength reaches 7 MPa or above, and the 48-hour compressive strength reaches 10 MPa or above; the thickening time linearity is good, the phenomena of lifting and bulging are avoided, and the comprehensive performance of the cement paste is good.
